Foamy Short: Stop Posting doesn't really do the job
In the flash you say you wanted to try and cool things down and get people to stop posting worthless shit about IWP. But showing Foamy wanting to take over NG (although he only dreams about it) and then gets a rock to the head from the people of NG as punishment does not work towards that purpose. It feels more like another flash against the guy, unless I'm completely missing this "implicit message" (which is likely.. since its 3 in the morning)
otherwise:
graphics - 6 : pretty good, would have been higher except foamy wasn't you original character
style - 4 : not bad, but again nothing original (would have been higer since your style is similar to mine.. with the detached hands and using Century Gothic. But the hands positions were a little wonky.. and you screwed up by switching to Arial in the "[???] (Unknown Artist)" line. might have bothered me less if you had switched to Helvetica instead of Arial.. but still, consistency is good.. stick to Century Gothic if you're gonna use that.)
sound -10 : you used beethovan virus my favourite song from DDR.. automatic 10
violence - 3 : rock to the head isn't all that violent anymore in the world of flash
interactivity - 0 : wasn't meant to be interactive so this doesn't count
humor - 3 : a minor giggle with the rock but nothing special
averages to 5 on the overall but dropping to 4 because again i don't see how this achieves your stated purpose.. (i'll vote it high if you manage to explain to me how it does though)
